1. Nature of the Telemetry Service
OtakuStatus provides automated synthetic health monitoring, uptime measurements, and community-reported observations for third-party websites and online platforms. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos belong to their respective owners.
2. Accuracy and Availability Disclaimer
While we strive for high precision across distributed synthetic testing probes, telemetry data and user reports are provided on an “as is” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, real-time accuracy, or fitness for specific commercial use.
3. Community Reporting Guidelines
Users submitting outage reports and participating in discussions agree not to flood endpoints with fraudulent reports, distribute abusive material, or disrupt platform infrastructure. Coordinated attacks or report spam will result in immediate IP banning.
4. Domain Owner Accounts
Domain maintainers using the Domain Owner portal at /console must provide accurate incident status communications and represent their platform in good faith.
