Probe failures were intermittent 503s alternating with clean 200s (flapping probe signature consistent with edge/probe throttling, not an outage). No user reports or news corroboration.

False positive: probe 503s (09:12, 09:46 UTC 2026-10-22) were Amazon edge bot-mitigation throttling the probe, not a real outage. Three direct checks with a desktop Chrome user-agent at ~15:15 PKT all returned HTTP 200 via the comixology.com -> amazon.com comics store redirect, which loads fine; bot-like fingerprints receive a 301 at comixology.com. No news coverage, no user reports. Note: ComiXology as a standalone brand was retired into Amazon Kindle on Dec 4 2023; www.comixology.com now redirects to amazon.com/kindle comics store.
