Probe history shows an intermittent pattern, not a sustained outage: Cloudflare 525 SSL handshake failures alternating with HTTP 200 successes over recent days (e.g. 525 at 01:56, 22:46 and 19:39 UTC Nov 3-4, 200 at 13:05 UTC Nov 3). No external outage corroboration found (third-party status page shows reachable, no user reports in last 24h/7d). Incident left open for continued monitoring because 525 is a 5xx signature and the failures recur intermittently; not auto-resolved.
